Global Running Day
Join us for Global Running Day, a worldwide celebration with the option of a: 1, 3, 5 or even 10 miles!
This year EPIC is partnering with Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation to help sponsor our local Global Running Day. EPIC is providing all the drinks for the event! If you would like to help us by donating some of the following please contact Natalie at 573-587-1921. What we need:
- Donate a case of bottled water?
- Donate a case of bottled Gatorade or Powerade?
- Donate a can of powdered Gatorade or Powerade?
- Volunteer at the drink station the evening of the event?
The event will take place at Capaha Park shelter #1. Runners/walkers will start at 5:15pm.
