EPIC

Welcome Austin Dial!

My name is Austin Dial and I am twenty-one years old. I am majoring in social work at Southeast Missouri State University. I am originally from Sikeston, Missouri, and I have lived in Cape Girardeau since my freshmen year of college. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and my hobbies include playing music, watching movies, and reading. This is my final semester at SEMO and I am excited for my field placement at EPIC. I am very interested to learn and be involved in all of the opportunities EPIC has to offer in this community. I am eager to put my knowledge and skills into practice while also learning so much more during this experience. Although I have not made any decisions on schools, after graduation I plan on continuing my education by attending graduate school for my Master of Social Work. I am very interested in working at the community level and helping spread awareness to others in order to create a healthy and safe community. I cannot wait to see the inner and outer workings of the EPIC Coalition.

Welcome to Austin Dial, our EPIC social work practicum student for the fall semester.
